Downtown Vancouver Wedding at Brix & Mortar
Kelly & Dan hosted their wedding celebration at Brix & Mortar restaurant's private event space in downtown Vancouver.
It was a (rare) beautiful sunny day in February, and the photos captured by Jaime Delaine photography could not have been more perfect.
Kelly & Dan were offering a wedding cake and cookies to their guests. The wedding cake was had an elegant classic ribbon buttercream cake design, and they had opted to have the cake decorated with fresh flowers from their florist Sunflower Florist. The cookies were decorated in the shape of a ring and had their initials K.K. & D.B embossed on them.
The ceremony took place in the courtyard which meant that we had to wait to set up the sweet table after the guests had gone inside for dinner. But the wedding cake had to be set up in the dining room while the guests were out in the courtyard. Stephanie, their coordinator from Sweetheart Events took on the task of bringing the cake out to the courtyard after the couple had dome their cake cutting inside so it could be set up next to the cookies.
