We recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know your event date. Occasionally some dates may be come very busy and available products might sell out on those dates. If the date is not available in the calendar at checkout, please send us an email and if there is any possibility that we can squeeze in one more order, we would be happy to add your order in.
We make all our products fresh and to order, so we make your cake as close to the date you need it as possible. That said, our availability depends on demand and other orders so the sooner the better. Generally though, a few days to a week notice is nice to have for smaller cakes. Larger cake like wedding cakes and larger orders need a minimum of 2 weeks notice (that is if the date is available) .
However, once you have added an item to your cart, as long as a date is available for selection, you can place your order for that date. If your desired date is not available send us an email and we would be happy to add yours in if there is any possibility of fitting one more order in.
Yes, absolutely. You can choose a shipping (delivery) address that is different from your billing address and the order will be delivered to that address. Please make sure you give us the correct name and phone number of the recipient so we can contact them before the order is delivered to them to make sure they are available.
If you have made a mistake on your design selection, date, or anthing else, please email or call us during operating hours and we will instruct you on how to change or modify your order.
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds after a product has left the kitchen. We take pride in the quality of products we offer, but if you are not happy with the item you received please contact us and we we'd be happy discuss the details.
If you have an order that you would like to cancel, and receive a refund before your cake is made, please refer to our store policyregarding refunds and cancellations. If you would like to discuss an unforeseen situation please emails us, we understand that sometimes plans change and if there is any possibility of accommodating rare requests we would make an exception.
Pick ups are available from our kitchen at 1507 Powell street unit 150, Vancouver.
Pick ups are available between 1-5 PM. We prepare orders in the order that they come in and also based on the customer's requests for pick up times if we can accommodate them. We will send you an email a day before your order date to give you your pick up time. If you have a preferred pick up time within out opening hours please leave us a note, we'd be happy to make an arrangement that works for you.
Yes. we offer delivery all over greater Vancouver area. Please select the location you'd like your order to be delivered to and include it in the shipping (delivery) address.
Deliveries are done between 12-5 PM. Please include a recipient's phone number and name (if different from you).If you need the cake to be delivered at a specific time, or outside our operating hours, please contact us and we will try our best to make other arrangements.
